Labor & Birth Support
This service includes 2 in-person (or virtual) meetings during pregnancy. We create space for me to educate and for us to discuss your birth plan, comfort measures and support discuss the physiological and psychological birth process, preferences, and concerns. It’s a chance for me to learn how to best serve you during your birth.
I go on-call at 38 weeks. During labor, I am present and available for emotional and physical comfort measures as discussed during prenatals.
Immediately post-birth I am present for 1-2 hours as needed.
I offer 1 follow-up visit to help process and honor your experience, as well as connect you with any community resources.

This service is for families who may not want to commit to hiring a doula, but who could benefit from a personalized session with one!

Reign Doula Services
Through my own journey to parenthood (pregnancy loss, fertility struggles, pregnancy after loss, labor and delivery, and the whirlwind of the postpartum period,) I have an awareness of the importance of having a supportive group of people surrounding this time of life. My work as a social worker/therapist and my passion of pregnancy, labor and delivery and maternal care has led me to becoming a doula.
My approach to birth work is rooted in empathy, respect, and care. Every birthing person deserves to be heard, seen, and supported throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
My role as your doula is to provide unwavering support to your family by offering evidence-based information, emotional care, and physical comfort measures. I believe that every birthing person has the right to make informed choices about their birth experience, and I am here to support them in making those choices.
